ECU Reflash

Description

If you are wanting to get the best performance from your bike or simply remove Euro 4 restrictions then a custom ECU reflash on the dyno is the best way.

We use the latest state of the art Dynojet 250i dyno to develop a custom tune for bike. Each throttle position and rpm point is logged and analysed and adjusted accordingly.

We don’t just try to achieve maximum peak horsepower. Increased throttle response, improved fuel economy, smooth power delivery and increased driveability are all normal gains from an ecu reflash.

Aswell as:

• Switch off 02 sensors optimized for low down response and smoothness when cruising
• Remove fly by wire restrictions = 100% throttle when you ask for it
• Optimize fuel maps low and high speed
• Remove fly by wire throttle restrictions
• Optimize ignition mapping
• Deceleration fuel cut deactivated
• Removal of Secondary air injection fault code
• Fan temperature lowered
• Ignition timing optimized
• RPM limiter increased (if requested)
• Removal of exhaust valve fault code
